Cooking Up A Storm...

You all remember the awesome ruffled apron I made for my daughter.

I have been holding onto it waiting for the right moment to surprise her with it. You know, one of those moments when they do something super sweet without any prompting. Well, she was such a sweetheart this week that I gave it to her. And she fell in love with it. She was the most excited that we both had matching aprons. Yep, that's right I made one for myself also. Heck it was to cute to resist!

I also had the sweetest little cookbook ready for her. She loves it! She sat on the couch wearing her apron and looking through her book for close to an hour.

She couldn't wait to get cooking and we have been whipping up goodies all week.

Even the hubby got in on the action. You have got to admire a man who is willing to wear so many ruffles just to make his daughter smile.

I can't believe you made those! You are SO talented! I don't have a single sowing bone in my body. They turned out so darling. I love that your hubby helped. What a guy! Thanks so much for linking up love!
