I totally have my head buried in books at the moment, trying to keep on top of my course work. It can be overwhelming at times to say the least.
And I can't help but think forward. Here are ten things that I am looking forward to right now.
Saturday morning, sleep in and snuggles with Todd. I may have to go to work after, but its still the morning that I look forward to most each week.
An upcoming trip to Sydney. I love Sydney and it is always fun heading in to stay with my brother in law and his lovely girlfriend. Always full of lots of laughter and happiness.
Family coming to visit. Todd's parents are coming to stay for a week or so. The kids are beyond excited about getting to see some grandparents. They even have a countdown calendar going on the fridge. It will be great having family from home come to stay.
My first boutique market. Seriously excited, and guess what? I am going with my gorgeous bloggy BFF Nicole from Miss Mommy. How awesome is that!
Our 11th anniversary. We were apart for our 10th anniversary, our celebration of a decade together. This year means so much to me. We won't be doing much, just a bottle of wine and dinner at home, but it is going to be so special.
Finishing my media law unit. It is making my head hurt, and at the moment feels like its never going to end.
Summer. I am looking forward to it being warmer than 2 degrees when we get up in the morning.
Christmas holidays and seeing family. Good food, great family, lazy days, the Gold Coast. Four weeks of Todd being off work. Cannot wait. Counting down already.
Going to the beach, ahh how I have missed the beach. We went from being people who went to the beach once a week at least, year round. To living 5 1/2 hours from the beach. Big adjustment. Huge. The ocean calms me and clears my head. It is so soothing.
The new year, so my lovely husband can finally say that his course finishes this year. So he can finally look towards a countdown. He is working so so hard, I can't wait until he gets his posting and reaps the rewards of all of his hard work. So proud of him.
