Collective Avenue - Christmas Shopping...

If you live in the Brisbane area, one place you need to go to for your Christmas shopping is Collective Avenue.

I stumbled across the store by chance while standing and waiting for my coffee at Gloria Jeans Mount Ommaney. I could see some cute stuff from where I was but was so excited once my coffee was eventually ready so I could go and take a look. And it didn't disappoint.

Photo: Like sand through the hour glass, these are the days of our lives.

 This is our story.

They stock a great variety of handmade goodness for everyone! Seriously there is stuff for babies, boys, girls, mums, grandparents. You name it. And the picnic table they had in store, led me to a great guy who is building one for my little. So awesome.

So when I saw that they were having a VIP Christmas Shopping event, I knew I had to go! It was tight, we almost didn't make it with Todd having to work back late but we got there and it was so fun. I took Mia with me because I knew she would love the store too. And the promise of tasty delights alongside shopping made it super easy to tempt her. They had bubbly too for those who wanted to indulge. There was lucky door prizes (I didn't win - boo!) and the first look at some fun Christmas lines. It was a really great night and it was fantastic to see so many people there supporting a great place!

And what did I get? Well here is some of the goodness that came home with me.

This is supposed to be a gift but I think I'm going to have a hard time parting with it!

Do you support handmade business? What are some of your faves, I'd love to take a look!

Oh and FYI this is not a sponsored post - I simply fell in love with their store and believe in supporting others!
