Chocolate Peanut Butter Spiders...

These delish little morsels are a Christmas staple for us. But every now and then I make them as a surprise for the littles because they are so easy and taste like a lot of effort was made. 

All you need is three ingredients and you are good to go:
1 packet fried noodles
175g cooking chocolate, I usually do a batch of white and a batch of milk
The recipe on the pack says to use 200g, but in a pinch I only had 175g left and found it worked just as well so now I just use that amount.
2 tbspns peanut butter

I simple melt the chocolate and peanut butter in the microwave. Easy peasy, I go for 1 minute first then 30 second intervals until melted. Then I stir it up until well combined. Tip in a packet of the crispy fried noodles. Stir until all the noodles are coated. Scoop spoonfuls onto a lined tray. I get 24 nice mouthfuls. Pop into the fridge to set, overnight is best in the summer months. You can get away with just a few hours in the cooler months.
